Before you buy:

Imagine you own a company and you have customers over for some business discussions, in which you would have to serve your customers something to drink. Usually, coffee or tea is served. Tap water would just insult your customers because what kind of company cannot afford to serve anything other than tap water? However, imagine you are talking to your customers while you brew a coffee for them and yourself.

Which would give a better impression? Manually cutting the sachets and pouring the contents of the sachets into two small coffee cups or pouring hot coffee from a coffee maker into the coffee cups? Obviously, the latter. However, owning a coffee machine does not mean you can just get any low-grade coffee maker that produces dull-tasting coffee flavored coffees, because then it would be a complete waste of money and would kill all purposes of getting a coffee maker in the first place, you would be better off with manually cutting open sachets and doing it the manual way.
