Pros:

• Power: This unit is quiet, yet packs a real punch when it comes to busting the heat.  Easily cool down the room you’re in, and give the people in the next room a break from the heat as well!

• Filter: The filter on this air condition is especially designed to trap and kill germs in the air.

Cons:

• Energy: This unit is not Energy Star compliant, and in the long run you may notice an additional hike to your cooling bill each month.

• Installation: Due to it’s unique shape, this unit may be a tad difficult to get installed.  If you’re not crafty with hand tools, you may need to contact someone who is.  Once you overcome that hurdle, you’re good to go.

• Power: 12,000 BTU of quiet room cooling capability.  This is more than enough to keep an average sized room cool in the summer.

Cons:

• Size: This unit is on the large side for air conditioners (Depth: 23.31 / Height 15.38 / Width 22.63).  Make sure you have a window large enough to install it, or you may need some help with installation.

Pros:

• Save energy: This model comes with an energy saver mode, for the more environmentally conscious consumer.

Cons:

• Power: For all it’s technological prowess, this unit only cools to a modest 7,500 BTU.  Still suitable for your typical office or bedroom, but you may be disappointed when it comes to larger rooms.

• Price: Lets just be honest: this unit is freaking expensive, and can cost nearly $1,000.  If you got money to spend and you want an ultra quiet air conditioner that looks like it belongs on a futuristic space station, then this is the model for you.  But if you’re on a budget, you may want to think twice.

• Humidity: Strangely enough, the one thing you’d expect to find on any wall air conditioner, you wont find here.  This unit lacks a dehumidifier.  Not a problem if you’re in already in a dry and arid climate, but otherwise you may need to purchase a dehumidifier separately.

• No ionizer: For nearly a grand, we were a bit disappointed to not find an ionizer included with this model.  These are cheap to purchase separately, but still.
